From May 1st to September 30th, you may set out up to 5 additional bags. From October 1st to April 30th, you may set out up to 3 additional bags. Also acceptable are wooden or cardboard boxes up to 10 cubic feet and not weighing more than 30 pounds and which are securely covered, closed or tied in a manner sufficient to prevent spillage, not to exceed three per pickup. Larger boxes such as those used for packaged appliances will be picked up if broken down and folded flat.

Yes. You can call the utility office at 405-262-4070 or come to the Utility Billing Office at City Hall to complete a form requesting an additional cart. For each additional container (cart) there is an additional $12.75 per month charge.

Utility bills are due by the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, you will have until 5:30 P.M. on Monday to have your payment in the Utility Billing Office before the penalty is applied.

Yes, with Visa, MasterCard or American Express with no service fee. You can pay online with no service fee here. Payments also may be made in person, dropped in the night drop box, made at the kiosk outside the west side doors at the municipal building or mailed to City of El Reno, Utility Billing, P.O. Drawer 700, El Reno, OK. 73036. We also offer the option of having the payment taken automatically each month from your bank account.

Yes, we take Visa and MasterCard. We also offer the ability to make payment online. If you do not have your own computer, you may use a public access computer at the El Reno Carnegie Library.

For same day service, by 11:30 am. There are no service orders on Fridays. Payments received before noon, same day service between 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M.. Payments received after noon, following business day service before noon. Disconnections can be made either in person or over the phone.

The deposit is left on the account until the account is closed (finaled). At that time, the deposit will be applied to the final bill. If the deposit is greater than the final bill, a refund for the difference will be mailed to the forwarding address you provided.

They have until dusk to pick up trash, if it is missed please call the office 405-262-4070 the following business day to get it put in for a missed pick up.

The poly cart needs to be set forward not backwards. When they empty a can backwards the lid prevents all the trash to completely come out and when it gets set back down it all falls out or back in the can.
