Every customer applying for water, sewer, and/or sanitation services shall be required to make a security deposit of $75.00 for residential; $125.00 and up for business/commercial accounts. Security deposits are kept until the account is closed. The deposit will be applied to the final bill.

Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have applied for utility services provided by the City of El Reno and accept responsibility for all amounts billed to me. Bills are due on the 15th of each month. If I do not receive my bill by mail or email, it is my responsibility to contact the City to determine the amount due.
If service is disconnected or suspended, a $50 reconnection fee will be added to my account. A $25 return trip fee will apply if no one is on-site during activation, and service will be rescheduled for the next business day. I certify that I have read and understand this agreement and that all applicable laws and ordinances governing service will be complied with.
