City Clerk GraphicThis division manages and maintains official City records, posts agendas of City Meetings for public view, attends City Council and other official meetings, prepares and maintains official meeting minutes, maintains the El Reno Municipal Code as well as ordinances, resolutions and contracts. The Clerk’s Division also is responsible for insuring all City vehicles, property and equipment, handling insurance claims, tort claims, complying with open records requests, as well as a variety of other duties. The City Clerk also acts as the supervisor for Municipal Court and Utility Billing.
